HOW I WORK
1. I align teams around the real problem
Facilitated product-vision workshops to establish short- and long-term goals across products. Drove prioritization and roadmap planning to realize the vision, and crafted and shared a unifying strategic imperative for the entire business unit.
Mentored junior and mid-level designers, raising quality and consistency across the team through feedback, coaching, and design reviews.
Cross-functional collaboration: Worked with PMs and engineers to define strategy and OKRs that tied design outcomes to measurable business results. Partnered closely with engineering to refine solutions and solve for technical constraints and scalability.
Built the company’s first design system and successfully advocated for resources to launch it. Championed adoption by socializing the system, defining team responsibilities, and setting up ongoing governance and follow-up.

Mentoring is my passion. I used to teach languages, now I help designers grow their careers and refine their design skills 👩🏫.

I danced in public long way before it was cool (Boomerang from 2016 🙃).

I wanted to become a translator as I also love learning languages. At one point I spoke 6 of them.
